Nice to hear the fishing updates... I was out at Saratoga on Saturday but still waiting on my first ever coho. Only bullheads and a baby ling for me. The fish were around earlier in the day, but there were only a couple moments when I thought I might be in range. Saw a coupIe jacks and looked to be a couple decent fish caught throughout the day. I will try again on Thursday and post a more timely update.

The Miracle Beach Campsites work much better for our gathering, as we can get a lot of space with the Double sites. They also allow us to fill with as many as we can fit in each site, and do not charge extra for extra cars. As for hook ups, there are only 2 or 3 of us that would require services and since we are there only for 3 days, will be fine to go without. Miracle Beach has been a great location for us the past 3 years.

Joel, are you still working on the weekend, or are you able to make it.

My schedule originally had me away for the weekend. Now I’ll be home but still have the other half’s birthday to contend with. At least I won’t miss both the fish out and her birthday.... I’m thinking now I could fish Thursday and Sunday but no camping for me

Awesome, we have a huge number for the fishout. Everyone please remember that this is a social gathering, and although it is a goal that everyone catches fish, it maybe tough to do so with a large group on the beach. I hope that everyone participating helps each other out, shares better spots on the beach once they have caught fish etc., and helps those with less experience. I personally have made some very good relationships and fishing buddies because of these fishouts, and hope everyone can do the same.
For the dinner, I will have enough food for around 30 people, and Paul(Bowsup) and his wife Anne have volunteered to bring some sweets. It would be great if a few could help me cut up the chicken and get the salads etc out once dinner is ready. Also if you would like something to sit on please bring your own chair.
Hey folks, something's come up for me and I'll probably have to stay home over the weekend. I'll talk a little more with my family tonight but for now I'll say that I'm out. Have fun and hope you get into some fish!

Forgot to mention, I have a new cell number, so if anyone is trying to get me by phone will have no luck. Best to get ahold of me by PM on here, Facebook messenger etc.

Ed, myself and Tom are now settled in. We are in sites 58&59. No doubles were available tonight, so might see if we can find a better site tomorrow in the day light.
