Hey ya'll, its been a crazy month with so much happening and no fishing to speak of. Life is busy with Emma going back and forth every 2 days and renovations well under way. I am nearly done 3 rooms now and I'm dead beat. The last 2 days she was gone to her moms I took 2 days off work to tackle the living room. I raised the floor to get rid of the sunken living room and reflected Emmas room and the Master. Im waiting on a shower for the ensuite to finish off the Master and then time to open up the house to create a great room layout. Im putting a glass door to the living room and a pass thru window from the kitchen to the living room with bar stools. Then moving the kitchen 20', relighting the house, moving a window and replacing the kitchen. Figure i will be maybe be ready for next year lake fishing season, lol. Lots done, but much more still to do before I run out of money. Hope you all are enjoying the fall fishing!

I was sick of the 1980's sunken living room and yeah, this house is like willy wonks, lol. Bought a 5 panel french door for the living room today. $1500 in 2 days at home depot now😲
Been super busy everyday here and now to top it off my washing machine lit up the other night, good thing I was home. Went shopping and got a new one last night, damn them things are heavy and awkward.
You have been busy. Home renos are a PITA 'cuz no matter what you do the dust is everywhere and when you empty one room you get to trip over all the crap you moved in another room.

Nice work Ed, the our family has decided to build a new house for Xmas. Got most of it built this week, and is currently waiting for the interior design team to paint walls and install flooring.
My helpers and I were able to frame the house, and install all the window and door frames this week, and I just need to finish the roof and back wall, which I will do after it is painted and flooring is in.
If you haven't figured out it is a doll house for the kids 18" dolls, and it is going to be my Daughters Birthday present at the end of the month which after shopping for one decided to build as a family project.

Coming along, down to the painting trim to finish off the living room and I'm a painting procrastinator. I pretty happy so far with how things are coming along other than the cost of it all, lol

New door installed, new hardware thruout the house and new couch in. Still getting used to a door where there used to be a step down to a sunken living room.

Getting close with our house renos too, got the roof on tonight after the girls painted and floored the house. Still need to finish the interior trim moulding, but is almost finished.
